All of these reports will provide you with insight into your relationships, but there are significant differences between them.  Students of astrology will appreciate the astrological terminology used in the Rob Hand report.  Applicable for virtually any kind of relationship, Rob Hand analyzes each factor in the composite chart, including planets, house position, aspects, etc.

The Liz Greene report, on the other hand, uses virtually no astrological terms. This report is exclusively about love relationships, and focuses primarily on interpersonal relations between the two partners.

The Hans Decoz Relationship Compatibility report is based on numerology: using the only the dates of birth and spelling of the names.  Since the basic symbolic categories (Hearts Desire, Karmic Lessons, Hidden Passion, Expression, etc) are different than astrology (Planets, Houses, Signs) the reading has a different flavor but can be strikingly apt.
