Bio-Rhythms

While not an astrological technique, bio-rhythms are a popular accessory printout to the ANS reports. Bio-Rhythms track 23, 28, and 33 day rhythms starting with the date of birth. These three cycles form a pattern that does not repeat for 58 years.

The report tracks these cycles for one year and shows, for each day of the year, whether any of the cycles as a maximum, minimum, or crosses a midline. These crossings are known as “critical” days.
